Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Easy oatmeal cookies full of fiber and without refined sugar.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana thoroughly.
Add your choice of nut butter and maple syrup to the mashed banana and mix well until combined.
Stir in the shredded coconut, chia seeds, and ground flax seeds.
Add the rolled oats and raisins to the mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into balls.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
