Protein Shake with Strawberries and Bananas
Sweet and healthy way to make recipe to boost your protein intake.

Ingredients
37 g frozen banana (approx. ⅓ of a medium banana).
57 g strawberries (approx. 4 medium strawberries)
4 oz (½ cup) almond milk or other milk of your choice
2 tbsp quick oats
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 serving of vanilla protein
1 serving of collagen (Optional)
1 cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender.
